An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Business Lead to work within a dynamic and fast growing environment. This role will work closely with clients to disrupt traditional business models through the design, implementation of innovative digital solutions.
You will resolve any issues that arise to ensure customers are satisfied with our services. In this role, you should be an excellent communicator who’s able to grasp customer needs and brainstorm ways to fulfil them.
You will be a self-starter, able to work without close supervision and have a successful customer relationship management record, ideally in the professional services and technology sectors. You will have experience of understanding client needs and challenges and being solution orientated in solving those challenges.
We have been building up a new capability in the area of HyperAutomation, Robotics and Smart Automation, with teams working across Europe and America. As well as building on the core products service lines within GBS, BPO and SSC especially within the finance /HR backoffice functions. The goal is to continue and accelerate this growth.
